Qualifications:
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger endorsement (don’t worry, we will train you!)
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong navigational and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to safety and adherence to DOT regulations
• Ability to travel overnight and be away for periods of time ranging from one day to several weeks

Essential Duties: 
• Must be able to drive all coaches operated by the company, including those with a standard transmission (after training!)
• Report to work well-groomed in complete company approved uniform
• Required to retrieve charter, accept the assignment and follow through with assignment as prescribed.
• Complete pre-trip inspection of motorcoach per D.O.T. regulations and documents of inspection form, returning it to the designated location.
• Report to pick-up location on time.
• Stand at entrance door to assist passengers as they board and disembark from motorcoach
• Loading and unloading of luggage for the passengers.
• May also be required to load coach with special items requested by group.  This may include but is not limited to: coolers of ice, supplies, signs, tables, etc.
• Secure all baggage doors
• Once passengers have boarded, driver will introduce his or herself to the group and explain the safety procedures, and show the Welcome Aboard Video.
• Must complete driver logs each day following D.O.T. rules and regulations
• Work a highly flexible schedule that includes working weekends, and holidays including day and evening hours
• Must secure motorcoach each night in a safe location
• Driver is responsible for re-fueling coach when needed.  Whenever possible, this should be done at a time when there are no passengers on board
• Responsible for cleanliness of coach, including but not limited to: Keeping floor and seats free from trash. Emptying trash as needed
• May be required to wash windows, mop floor, empty holding tank for restroom, clean exterior of coach and place chemical in toilet
• Must obtain receipts for all expense monies spent
• Must complete all required paperwork immediately upon return of trip.
